 WHOLESALE PURCHASE & SHIPPING POLICY

COLORIEDUCATION

1. Scope of Application

This policy applies to all wholesale and special orders placed through colorieducation.ca or via PayPal.
Individual purchases made on Amazon are subject exclusively to Amazon’s policies.


2. Processing Time

Orders require 3 to 10 business days for:

  • printing
  • right‑handed / left‑handed versions
  • personalized requests (if applicable)
  • packaging and final quality checks

Processing times may vary depending on season and order volume.


3. Delivery Times (Canada)

Estimated delivery times:

  • Quebec: 2–5 business days
  • Ontario: 3–7 business days
  • Atlantic provinces: 3–7 business days
  • Western Canada: 5–10 business days

These times are approximate.
We are not responsible for carrier delays.


4. International Orders

International orders are shipped through Amazon.
A detailed quote is provided before payment.


5. Availability of Wholesale Lots (Canada)

Wholesale lots are available in all Canadian provinces and territories.

Customers outside Canada → shipped through Amazon International.
Contact us for an exact price and a custom order link.


6. Lot Content

Please indicate in the order notes:

  • number of right‑handed books
  • number of left‑handed books

Or send an email with:

  • invoice number
  • full name
  • quantities for each version

If no information is provided, the company will contact you to confirm the quantities, which may extend the processing and delivery time of your order.


7. Special Orders

We accept:

  • custom quantities
  • custom lots
  • school orders
  • international orders
  • special requests (themes, formats, stickers)

Requests must be submitted before payment.


8. Payment

Full payment is required before production.
Accepted methods:

  • PayPal
  • Credit card via PayPal

9. Modifications

Changes can be made within 24 hours after payment.
After 24 hours:

  • production begins
  • no modifications
  • no refunds

10. Amazon Delivery Policy (IMPORTANT)

Delivery Address

The customer must provide a complete, accurate, and secure delivery address. This may include:

  • a valid residential address
  • an Amazon pickup point
  • an Amazon Locker
  • a postal counter (Canada Post)
  • or any other location accepted by Amazon

If the address is incorrect, incomplete, or not recognized by Amazon, the following may occur:

  • delivery delays
  • additional reshipping fees
  • inability to modify the address once the order is in processing
  • no refund for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer

Amazon Delivery Methods

Depending on the region, Amazon may deliver:

  • at the customer’s door
  • in an Amazon Locker
  • at an Amazon pickup point
  • at a Canada Post counter
  • or at any location the driver considers secure

The customer is responsible for ensuring that someone can receive the package or that the chosen location is safe.

Package Marked “Delivered”

When Amazon marks a package as Delivered, ColoriÉducation’s responsibility ends. No refund is possible for:

  • stolen packages
  • unclaimed packages
  • missed deliveries
  • packages left outdoors
  • packages delivered to a pickup point or locker but not retrieved on time

11. Shipment Tracking

Amazon does not always provide a traditional tracking number.
They send:

  • an estimated delivery date
  • a notification the day before or the same day
  • sometimes a delivery photo

We monitor Amazon notifications and inform you when:

  • the order is being prepared
  • the order is out for delivery
  • the order is delivered
  • an issue occurs

12. Return Policy

No returns or refunds (printed products).

Damaged Items
Free replacement if:

  • contact is made within 48 hours
  • a photo is provided
  • the package was delivered to the correct address

13. Order Errors

If the error is on our side, we will correct it at no cost.


14. Invoicing

An official invoice is available upon request and will be sent by email after receipt of delivery.


15. Shipping

Shipping for bulk orders is handled by Amazon, our printing and delivery partner. All shipping costs are fully covered by ColoriÉducation, which means that delivery is free for the customer.

The displayed price for each bulk order already includes:

  • Amazon printing fees
  • Amazon shipping fees
  • Order preparation and handling

“The customer is only responsible for paying the applicable taxes based on the province or territory of delivery. No additional shipping fees will be added.”

5.3 Tax status
Small supplier not registered for GST/QST.

ensure someone is available to receive the package
check Amazon delivery notifications
retrieve the package promptly
Amazon may leave the package at:

any location deemed secure
Delivery marked as “Delivered”
Once Amazon marks the package as Delivered, our responsibility ends.
No refunds for:

missed deliveries
